Bring Your Own Item (BYOI) Embroidery Waiver

Thank you for trusting Refind Grace Boutique with your personal item for embroidery. We’re honored to help bring your ideas to life with a custom touch. To ensure we’re all on the same page, please review the following waiver before we begin your project.

Important Guidelines:

  • We are happy to embroider customer-provided items as long as they are clean, in good condition, and made from materials appropriate for machine embroidery.
  • We do not accept heirloom, irreplaceable, or sentimental items for embroidery. If your item holds personal or emotional value and cannot be replaced, we kindly ask that you do not submit it.
  • If you are not local, you are welcome to ship your item to us. We recommend using a trackable service and packaging your item securely. Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Waiver & Acknowledgment:

By submitting your item to Refind Grace Boutique for embroidery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. You understand that embroidery is a permanent process involving the use of needles, thread, stabilizers, hooping, and machine pressure.
  2. You accept that there is a small risk of damage to any item due to its fabric type, thickness, or construction.
  3. You confirm that your item is not of heirloom quality or sentimental value and that it can be replaced if necessary.
  4. You agree that Refind Grace Boutique is not responsible for any replacements, damage, defects, or unexpected results that may occur during or after the embroidery process.
  5. You agree that Refind Grace Boutique is not liable for loss or damage incurred during shipping to or from our location.
  6. You will be required to sign a waiver and acknowledge this agreement at the time of checkout before any work begins.

We handle all items with the highest level of care and attention, but due to the nature of machine embroidery on outside materials, we cannot guarantee the final result.
