Shipping
Ready-to-stitch orders ship in 2–5 business days. Custom items ship in 5–10 business days. Tracking is provided once shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. We ship via USPS and UPS.

Returns
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products, including digital designs.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photos or return of the item before issuing a replacement.

Order Changes
Changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for physical items only.
Digital designs cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once purchased.

Refunds & Credit
Refunds or store credit are only issued in limited cases. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Store credit is valid for 90 days.
