Artwork & Logo Requirements
Bluebird Embroidery works with customer-provided logos and artwork for custom embroidery orders. Please review the guidelines below before submitting your artwork.
Embroidery Guidelines
- Clean, simple logos and bold lettering produce the best embroidery results.
- Small or highly detailed elements may need to be simplified for embroidery.
- Dense or detailed logos are best suited for hats, sweatshirts, polos, jackets, and other structured garments.
- New logos require a one-time, non-refundable digitizing/setup fee starting at $15 for standard hat and left chest designs.
- Larger, appliqué, or complex designs may require additional digitizing/setup fees.
Logo & Artwork Use
School, team, business, church, and organization logos are kept on file for use only on orders authorized by the organization that provided them. Customer-provided logos are not part of Bluebird Embroidery's retail design catalog and will not be shared, sold, or made available for individual custom orders unless authorized by the organization.
Order Details
Minimum Order: 10 pieces
Pricing: Varies based on item, design, and quantity (larger orders receive better pricing)
Turnaround Time: 2–3 weeks after payment & design approval depending on the quantity of the order.
Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee
