Bluebird Embroidery provides commercial embroidery and bulk apparel for businesses, schools, teams, churches, organizations, and fundraisers. We do not offer wholesale accounts or private-label manufacturing.

Artwork & Logos
Provide your logo or artwork when submitting your request. All new logos and custom artwork are digitized by Bluebird Embroidery and are subject to a digitizing fee starting at $15. We do not accept embroidery files created or digitized by outside sources.
Bluebird Embroidery does not provide logo design, artwork correction, cleanup, or graphic design services. Artwork must be complete and suitable for embroidery as submitted.
Customers are responsible for having the appropriate rights, permissions, or licenses for artwork they provide. Bluebird Embroidery will not copy or recreate another designer's work from a photo, screenshot, or other reference and may request proof of authorization when appropriate.
Customer-provided logos are kept on file and used only for authorized orders for that organization.
Custom Order Details
Minimum Orders:
All custom embroidery requires a minimum of 6 pieces per design. Hat orders require a 12-hat minimum total.
Custom Order Requests:
All custom order requests must be submitted through the online request form. Custom orders are not accepted or quoted by phone, text, social media message, or in person.
Custom Work:
Any design or artwork not currently offered by Bluebird Embroidery is considered custom work. All custom orders are subject to approval.
Pricing:
Pricing is based on product style, design, stitch count, embroidery placement, and order quantity.
Turnaround:
Typically 2–3 weeks after payment and design approval, depending on order size, product availability, and production schedule. Rush orders are not available.
Bring Your Own Item (BYOI):
Customer-supplied items require a signed waiver. Please review and sign the BYOI Policy/Waiver.
