Bluebird Embroidery specializes in embroidery and DTF apparel decoration using customer-provided logos and production-ready artwork for businesses, schools, teams, churches, and organizations.
We focus on clean stitching, durable application, consistent production, and polished results across every order.
Artwork & File Requirements
Please review these requirements before submitting artwork for embroidery or DTF apparel orders. Bluebird Embroidery works with customer-provided logos and production-ready artwork only.
Embroidery Orders
- Clean, simple logos stitch best.
- Bold lettering works better than thin fonts.
- Small details may need to be simplified before embroidery.
- Large filled backgrounds create heavier stitch counts.
- Dense logos are best suited for hats, sweatshirts, hoodies, quarter zips, polos, jackets, canvas bags, and heavier garments.
- Lightweight t-shirts may pucker or distort with heavy embroidery.
- New embroidery logos require a one-time non-refundable digitizing/setup fee starting at $25 for standard hat and left chest logo designs.
- Larger designs, applique, jacket backs, and complex logos may require additional setup fees.
DTF Apparel Orders
- Artwork must be fully print-ready prior to submission.
- Transparent background is required.
- Minimum 300 DPI at print size is required.
- High-resolution PNG files are required.
- Bluebird Embroidery does not provide graphic design, logo creation, vector conversion, background removal, or artwork cleanup services.
- One mockup/revision is included with apparel orders.
- Additional revisions, artwork changes, or file adjustments may require additional fees.
- Outlined lettering is recommended when printing on similar garment colors.
- No screenshots, blurry files, mockups, preview images, or AI-generated images.
- Large solid background areas may feel heavier and can increase the chance of lifting or bubbling on large prints.
Order Details
Minimum Order: 10 pieces
Pricing: Varies based on item, design, and quantity (larger orders receive better pricing)
Turnaround Time: 2–3 weeks after payment & design approval depending on the quantity of the order.
Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee
