You are welcome to use this design to create and sell finished, embroidered items (shirts, bags, hats, etc.) for personal or small business use.

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the design files themselves is strictly prohibited.

Be sure your embroidery machine is compatible with at least one of the included formats before purchasing.

Resizing or editing designs is not recommended, as it may affect stitch quality.

Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
Most ready-to-ship orders ship within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Custom orders and embroidery designs typically take 5–10 business days to process and ship. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Processing and shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.
Sometimes, extra handling time may be needed due to inventory availability, order volume, or other factors. If that happens, we’ll reach out via email to keep you informed of any delays.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your order faster, please contact us before placing your order. We offer expedited shipping options such as overnight or next-day delivery upon request. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please understand that some delays, like weather or carrier issues, are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We ship exclusively with USPS and UPS for reliable service. Orders over $150qualify for free standard shipping when the discount code is applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a package is returned to us because the shipping address was incorrect or undeliverable, you will be responsible for shipping fees to resend the order.
Returns and Exchanges
Because many of our items are personalized or custom-made, all sales are final.
If there’s an issue such as a mistake on our part or shipping damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for photos or the return of the item before issuing a replacement.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We do not offer order cancellations or refunds. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request any personalization changes. After that window, orders cannot be changed.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds or store credit are only offered in limited cases (for example, a sold-out item). Whether you receive a refund or store credit will depend on the situation. Approved refunds or credits are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds may take up to 14 days to show on your statement. Store credit is valid for 90 days.
