I acknowledge that my item is not irreplaceable and accept all risks associated with embroidery. While damage is rare, Bluebird Embroidery is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the embroidery process, including hoop marks, puckering, thread imperfections, or fabric stress. My item must be suitable for embroidery, and Bluebird Embroidery may refuse items deemed unsuitable (e.g., delicate fabrics, leather, or previously washed items). No guarantee is provided regarding the final appearance, providing extra items may be required in case of errors, and additional fees may apply for handling customer-supplied items. No replacement, repair, or reimbursement will be provided. This waiver will be kept on file for any future BYOI requests.
